Wanamaker Group Inc, guarantees to match the price of any other contractor for the roofing, siding, window or door system contained in your estimate, provided the quote is provided to Wanamaker Group and the contractor meets the following qualifications:
 

• Applicable Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and/or DC Home Improvement License

• Established Commercial/Industrial place of business

• Workmen’s Compensation Insurance.

• Liability Insurance of minimum $2,000,000, including coverage for vehicles.

• Labor has a 2 year workmanship warranty

• Materials are guaranteed by the Manufacturer pursuant to strict installation procedures for the life of the guarantee.

• Benefits for its employees, i.e. life insurance, health insurance, holiday pay, profit sharing and/or retirement program.

• Uniforms for staff

• Memberships: National Roofing Contractors Association (NCRA), Mid-Atlantic Contractors Association (MARCA), Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC), Property Management Association (PMA).

• Credit with local roofing products suppliers a minimum of $50,000.

• No unfavorable reports with the Better Business Bureau and/or Government Agencies.

• Comply with minimum installation procedures recommended by Manufacturer and/or NRCA.

• No deposit requirement until materials are delivered to job site and work begins.
